This client just purchased the property & was actively searching for contractors to replace the majority of surfaces that we cleaned. This project started as a simple house wash. The client didn't know if the pavers would come out as desired so I offered to do a test area at no charge to give insight. I did the home siding, front brick wall, front porch & test areas. The next day I got a call to book the rear patio, pool area and eventually the entire paver driveway & walkway. We even took care of the graffiti removal on the fireplace. No one likes to pay to clean city property so when we do Bigger jobs we include the front sidewalk & mailbox to increase presentation & value. I came back & took care of the property in its entirety.
